Healthcare estates carry the most demanding ventilation requirements of any building type. Air quality is clinical, not just a comfort matter; kitchens feed hundreds of patients a day; and fire compartmentation has to hold in buildings where evacuation means moving people who cannot move themselves. What we deliver on healthcare estates

• Ductwork and AHU hygiene. Supply and extract ductwork cleaned to BESA TR19, and air handling units cleaned and disinfected so wards and clinical spaces receive clean, filtered air. Work is planned with estates teams around infection-control requirements and live clinical services.
• Kitchen extract. Hospital kitchens run long shifts at high volume. We provide TR19 Grease kitchen extract cleaning with deposit measurement and the certification your insurer and fire risk assessor expect.
• Fire damper testing. Healthcare buildings rely on compartmentation to protect patients who cannot evacuate quickly. We locate, drop test and certificate fire dampers with photographic evidence for the estate’s fire safety records, in line with BS 9999.
• Commissioning and validation. For theatres, pharmacies and other classified spaces, we provide commissioning and validation against the standard that applies, with results documented to specification.

Working in live clinical environments

Healthcare work is planned differently. We coordinate with estates and infection-control teams, work in occupied buildings without interrupting clinical services, and provide RAMS and documentation up front. Where guidance such as HTM 03-01 (Specialised Ventilation for Healthcare Premises) applies to your system, our work is planned and evidenced with that framework in view.

Every visit ends the same way every Clean Ducts job ends: photographs, measurements, test results and certificates, filed with your compliance records.
