09:00 The day’s work
Two kinds of job, one standard. Air hygiene is the ductwork and AHUs a building breathes through. Fire safety is the grease extract and dampers that protect it. Both cleaned, tested and certificated by the same engineers, to BESA TR19.

Most of the buildings we look after need more than one line on this page. The kitchen that books a grease clean has fire dampers sitting in the same ductwork. The office with dusty supply runs has AHUs feeding them. So although every service stands on its own, most of our contracts combine two or three, delivered by the same engineers on one schedule.
The lines fit together in three families. Air hygiene keeps the system a building breathes through clean: ductwork cleaning removes the dust, debris and contamination that build up in any working system. Fire safety deals with what puts the building at risk: kitchen extract cleaning strips out the grease that fuels duct fires, and fire damper testing proves the barriers inside the ductwork will close when they need to. Precision covers controlled environments, where cleanroom commissioning and validation confirms the air itself meets specification.
Whatever the mix, the job starts the same way: with a survey. We walk the system first, tell you which lines apply to your building and which do not, and put it in writing before anything is priced. Because we work around your operation, cleaning happens when your kitchen or office is closed. The chemicals we use remove hazardous deposits without corroding metalwork, and you can book a one-off visit or a regular, scheduled maintenance plan.
Every line also ends the same way: with one documentation standard. A detailed written report for your health and safety records, photographic evidence of the work, and certification to BESA TR19 where it applies, independently verified through our BESCA Vent Hygiene Associate membership. One contract, one standard of proof, whichever combination your building needs.
