We’re proud to announce Gemini AMPM Ltd has been awarded BESCA’s vent hygiene elite status. This is the highest professional standard in our industry and is exciting new for us as a business.
It shows that our ventilation division of Gemini AMPM Ltd / Clean Ducts is working to the highest professional standards in the ventilation hygiene and duct cleaning industry.
The vent hygiene elite scheme is based on BESCA’s long-established and industry recognised cleaning process and preferred standards called BESA’s Guide To Good Practice TR19. The scheme was developed for our industry by leaders in our industry and is now independently administered and audited by the associations accreditation arm BESCA.
By working to the BESCA vent hygiene elite standards for everything we do, it helps our clients to know that we offer the highest levels of service and quality possible by demonstrating and delivering the highest level of compliance and competence in our industry.
Within the scheme we have to submit all our post cleaning reports to be independently audited and approved by BESCA.
Our clients can now have peace of mind that all our completed works receive a BESCA approved, TR19 certificate demonstrating conformity with industry standards.
Having all our work independently audited in this way means that all our teams know the standards expected of them. Coupled with the fact that all our teams are trained to the highest standards in our industry through the BESA TR19 training courses available. Ensuring that we are delivering the highest possible quality, service and levels of compliance for our customers and their business’ and insurance compliance requirements.
